摘要: The invention is a quantitative method for measuring the consump tion of substrate in microbially catalysed reaction. It involves incubating sample with an excess microorganism and co-substrate until has been oxidised to predetermined end point, quantity reduction co-substrate. can be used rapid determination BOD or biological toxicity substrate.
