摘要: The majority of virilizing tumors are sex cord-stromal derivation. However, there examples also other types ovarian neoplasms that result in an increased androgen production. These almost invariably common epithelial origin (1). In the literature two cases leiomyomas have been reported (2, 3). We found a similar case and demonstrate here production virilization is due to associated theca cell reaction surrounding tumor capsule-like fashion.
