摘要: Summary It is important to understand the distribution of steroidogenesis in steroid producing tissues order obtain a better understanding metabolism. Recent advances purification and subsequent generation antibodies against cytochromes P-450 specificif or hormone biosynthesis have made it possible localize sites immunohistochemically. This review provides localization sex-steroid normal pathological human ovaries including sex-cord stromal tumors, hyperthecosis Brenner tumor, as determined by tissue immunoreactivity ofindividual enzymes specific for different stages biosynthetic process.
