摘要: A brief review of developments in evaluation e-government Websites is undertaken order to introduce an instrument which presently being tested for evaluating such sites. This enables assessment and comparison according criteria grouped under the categories Security privacy; Usability; Content; Services; Citizen participation; Features. Examples elements within each are described.
