摘要: In this paper, studies on photoautotrophic micropropagation (PM) and inoculant cultivation of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) were reviewed. The existing issues, which include the lack a bio-method for improving environmental stress resistance plantlets in vitro or ex mass production AMF inoculants commercialization PM cultivation, discussed. Based current knowledge our analysis, we suggested that integration system mycorrhization (here called mycorrhization-PM system) is highly feasible. Furthermore, combining with was shown to be an efficient method alleviating injuries caused by stresses producing through applying different strategies. Cultivation strategies plants using
