摘要: Among other benefits, arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi may increase plant tolerance to root diseases. The research on the underlying mechanisms requires growth conditions that are both controlled and realistic. To study these interactions, a semiaxenic phototrophic system was developed in which roots grow environment can be inoculated with pathogenic symbiotic fungi. Micropropagated fig plantlets were grown containers having shoots outside medium without sugar, or not AM fungus Rhizophagus irregularis Armillaria mellea. Dual plants association pathogen infection symptoms. Mycorrhizal inoculation lowered disease index increased growth. Colonization of A. mellea quantified by real-time PCR, showing R. did significantly lower quantity Armillaria, suggesting involved pathogen. results show proposed is suitable triple interaction involving plant,
