摘要: A system and method of validating differences between measured values fluorescence intensities obtained from a fluorescence-based instrument, including: generating calibration histograms for beads run through the instrument; calibrating distance function configured to measure distances by: constructing metric using function, which includes bin-to-bin dissimilarity matrix; populating matrix maximize following conditions: (A) two representing sets different equals difference their MESF values; (B) identical is zero; applying flow cytometry generated biological samples, determine histograms; statistical test significance distances; determining whether histogram results samples are reliable based on significance.
