摘要: A method of analysing reagent beads retained in a sample well plate is disclosed comprising obtaining an image bead, distributing intensity values pixels amongst plurality bins and generating histogram. curve fitted to the histogram compared with idealised profile pixels. closeness fit between determined then are discarded from one or more bins. The remaining redistributed process repeated several times. determination made as which has closest profile.
