摘要: When the Oxford unicompartmental meniscal bearing arthroplasty is used in lateral compartment of knee, 10% bearings dislocate. A radiological review was carried out to establish if dislocation related surgical technique. The postoperative radiographs 46 arthroplasties were analysed. Five variables which position and alignment components measured. Dislocations occurred six knees. Only one five variables, proximal tibial varus angle, had a statistically significant relationship dislocation. This variable quantifies height joint line. mean angle for knees dislocated 9° those not it 5°. In both groups greater than would be expected normal knee (3°). Our study suggests that high associated with technique should modified account this, care being taken avoid damage or over-distraction soft tissues.
