摘要: The present invention is directed to the discovery that nucleic acid components of a biological sample may be detected and/or quantified utilizing process wherein first solubilized with chaotropic salt solution and this solution, containing dissolved acid, evaluated directly for acids by molecular hybridization labeled probe. probe in immobilized form or solution.
