摘要: Synaptotagmin(s) (Syts), are products of a gene family implicated in the control Ca2+-dependent exocytosis. Mast cells, specialized secretory cells that release mediators inflammatory and allergic reactions process regulated exocytosis, express Syt homologues SNAREs (Soluble NSF Attachment proteins Receptors), which together with constitute core complex mediates exocytotic vesicle docking fusion. Rat basophilic leukemia (RBL-2H3), tumor analogue mucosal mast II, III V Expression I, neuronal Ca2+ sensor, RBL resulted its targeting to granules prominent potentiation acceleration II is localized an amine-free lysosomal compartment, also subjected Lysosomal exocytosis negatively by II: overexpression inhibited Ca2+-triggered lysosomes, while suppression expression markedly potentiated this release. These findings implicate as key regulators cell function.
