摘要: This article aims to shed some light on the role of Court Justice European Union transparency and access documents. It uses case law as a method investigate potential jurisprudence for protection general principle documents fundamental right in Union. The employs concepts Eurolegalism constitutionalisation rights framework examine EU’s highest court. focuses trends established by looking at most influential cases that had made history through years analyzing their create body reformed administrative EU pertaining transparency. While may not be ultimate solution problems Union, it has itself driving force development regime affect future trajectories face legislative challenges.
