摘要: European integration is encouraging the judicialization of politics and spread a distinctive, juridified mode governance we can refer to as ‘Eurolegalism’. The central argument this article that rise Eurolegalism are not undermining democracy in Europe, some critics would suggest, but changing its character. These trends will change types policies democracies effectively pursue processes through which they them.
