摘要: It is generally accepted that heroin reduces fertility1. The decrease of fertility in heroin-addicted women mainly due to pelvic inflammatory disease, hypothalamic influences induced by the variable weight loss which occurs these patients during drug addiction and, especially, endocrine alterations drug2. mechanism action this substance still unknown. In order further knowledge problem we carried out an investigation gonadotrophin and prolactin (Prl) responsiveness tests a group amenorrhoeic women.
