摘要: SUMMARY The effect of a long-acting analogue met-enkephalin (DAMME) and naloxone on gonadotrophin secretion has been investigated in man. In menopausal women DAMME induced progressive fall LH to approximately 60% basal levels at 3 h, which was blocked by naloxone; there smaller FSH that did not attain statistical significance. However, the LHRH-induced rise young male volunteers unaffected pretreatment with high-dose infusion. Naloxone infusion female normal subjects produced significant both FSH. Long-term appeared increase rate, possibly amplitude, pulsatility. These results suggest met-enkephalin-like opioid peptides exert tonic inhibitory control release sexes. This is most likely be level hypothalamus, involves modulation pulsatile LHRH release.
