摘要: To study the effect of different milled surfaces on shot peening surface integrity (roughness, residual stress, hardness, and microstructure), research change is carried out using same process for milling 7055-T77 aluminum alloy. Surface measurements, fatigue fracture analysis, life tests are conducted to reveal crack initiation life. The results show that can reduce dispersion instability brought by processing, although it increases roughness; maximum compressive stress depth layer increase significantly after peening, hardening distribution very good; larger roughness irregular scratches samples before easily lead cracks gouges produced surface.
