摘要: Abstract The liquid–liquid equilibrium (LLE) of systems containing palm oil or fractions, short chain alcohols (methanol/ethanol) and water were experimentally determined in the temperature range from (293.15 to 333.15) K under atmospheric pressure. It was found that mutual solubility increased with increasing temperature. inclusion solvents decreased systems. Two thermodynamic models (NRTL UNIFAC) employed correlate experimental data by treating as a single triacylglycerol average molar mass. calculated results showed NRTL model can give better correlation than UNIFAC model.
