摘要: A simple but effective frit formation technique was developed to stabilize the packing structure inside microchannel of capillary electrochromatographic microchips, utilizing electroless plating technique. Ag(NH(3))(2)(+) solution allowed diffuse through colloidal silica in from reservoir microchip for a limited amount time, and then it reduced by an excess formaldehyde solution. ~70 μm length formed at entrance without clogging when treated with 1mM ion 30s 150 s, respectively. The confirmed scanning electron microscopy. stability tested rigorously applying alternating electroosmotic flows back forth pulsed potential steps on both sides structure. effect treatment electrochromatograms evaluated after microchips were repeatedly used stored long period time. results indicated that silver-cemented extended lifetime fully packed CEC distinctly.
