Myocardial blood flow, alternans of St segment elevation, conduction delay and ventricular arrhythmia during acute myocardial ischemia with and without retrograde blood flow in canine hearts

摘要: The technique of retrograde blood flow has been shown to decrease collateral into the ischemic myocardium, and cause severe myocardial ischemia in dogs. Ischemia with dogs is similar human hearts. Therefore, we examined effect on flow, ST segment elevation, alternans conduction delay ventricular arrhythmia Sixty were divided two groups. In group A (N=32), left anterior descending coronary artery was occluded for 10 min. B (n=28), induced by 10min. During ischemia, at zone measured a H2 gas clearance method 11.21.6 5.7±0.7ml/min/100g (p 5/min), tachycardia fibrillation 34%, 41% 22% A, 68%, 79% 25% (p<0.01, p<0.01 not significant, respectively). It concluded that can be used examine occlusive reperfusion because incidences premature beats high, but high despite ischemia.
