摘要: Over the past two decades, there have been numerous technological advances, which led to a greater survival rate among children with disabilities and complex health care needs. This has placed wide-ranging sometimes overwhelming emotional, social, financial stressors on family. Ineffective support can affect wellbeing of all family members, consequently requiring services needed meet both their child’s own Provision respite is one such service, allows therapeutic opportunities, quality time, independence, living life for members. A synthesis findings from research indicate that be an appropriate effective intervention decrease stress should used as coping strategy parents disabilities.
