摘要: Changes of the gas temperature in a single microdischarge channel and inside entire discharge gap dielectric barrier were analyzed. It was shown that initial is tens degrees higher than average gap. The expanding effect which causes mixing reaction space presented. has been explained why part ozone decomposed.
