摘要: During the ozone synthesis under dielectric-barrier-discharge conditions, main reactions proceed in microdischarge channels which variable temperature occurs. In such dynamic a balance between and decomposition is established. The changes of single channel were modeled. It was found that middle decreases quite fast. Moreover, significantly influence gas velocity intensify mixing.
