摘要: We fractionated heat-stable proteins co-purified with microtubules from tobacco BY-2 cells. One of them, a 70 kDa protein, cross-reacted antibodies against bovine adrenal MAP4. It was also revealed that common epitopes exist in the amino-terminal projection domain MAP4, at end opposite microtubule-binding domain.
