摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform wind speed measurement with high time resolution using a single unit of laser radar, even at location where there is no spatial homogeneity. SOLUTION: The measuring apparatus comprises Doppler section 001 for the air, which an object under measurement; first averaging 002 time-averaging measured by over predetermined duration; vector composition 003 composing from speed, after calculated 002; second 004 001, duration shorter than that and value calculating 005 direction output 004.
