摘要: Diatomaceous earth columns used with reversed and normal solid phase extraction (SPE) cartridges were evaluated for the quantitative determination of a number organophosphorus (OP) organochlorine (OC) pesticide residues in edible vegetable oils butterfat. An oil or fat sample (about 2 g) hexane was passed through diatomaceous (Extrelut QE) column C18 bonded silica (ODS) SPE cartridge, resulting separation pesticides from about 98% lipids. The eluate split half, first portion concentrated into acetone OP by gas chromatography flame photometric detection (GC-FPD). other half an Alumina-N cartridge additional cleanup lipid matrix to determine OC GC electron-capture (GC-ECD). Average recoveries fortified samples greater than 89% studied.
