摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate overall color change in bovine tooth fragments submitted dental bleaching treatment performed simultaneously with the ingestion beverages containing dyes. For purpose, assembled into intraoral devices were at-home using 10% carbamide peroxide (CP) for 14 days and immersion staining 10 minutes daily. specimens divided following groups according substance (n=12): G I (negative control): no + distilled water; II (positive III: coffee; IV: grape juice. Twelve volunteers used device continually, except during meals, oral hygiene, bleaching, pigment challenge. Color readings a spectrophotometer both before after each week. results normality test. data obtained analysis variance Tukey or Kruskal-Wallis Dunn tests (α=0.05). All bleached showed similar ΔE at end treatment. Staining generated negative ΔL mean values, lowest result coffee days. Δa values that received higher when compared control groups. Dental associated consumption substances may not affect by treatment, although did influence different dimensions.
