摘要: AIM To analyse the influence of H2 O2 on pulp repair through osteocalcin and osteopontin immunolabelling in cellular defence by using antireactive oxygen species (ROS) antibody. METHODOLOGY The maxillary molars 50 rats were treated with 35% (Ble groups) or placebo gel (control groups). At 0 h 2, 7, 15 30 days (n = 10 hemimaxillae), killed tissue was evaluated inflammation scores (osteocalcin/osteopontin); ROS-positive cells counted. Paired t-test Wilcoxon signed-rank test used (P   0.05). Osteocalcin absent Ble at 0 h, moderate 2 days increased thereafter, differing from controls all two periods (P < 0.05). Osteopontin higher principally 7 15 days groups, but control groups after bleaching group had more Tertiary dentine observed 7 days, increasing thereafter CONCLUSIONS Post-bleaching associated over time. also participated this process, anti-ROS involved against .
