摘要: Endothelial cells and smooth muscle of resistance arteries mediate opposing responses to mechanical forces acting on the vasculature, promoting dilation in response flow constriction pressure, respectively. In this review, we explore role TRP channels, particularly endothelial TRPV4 TRPC6 TRPM4 vascular mechanosensing circuits, placing their putative mechanosensitivity context with other proposed upstream downstream signaling pathways.
