摘要: The development and maintenance of skeletal muscle bone mass is critical for movement, health issues associated with the quality life. Skeletal are regulated by a variety factors that include changes in mechanical loading. Moreover, is, large part, muscle-derived forces thus mass/strength. A thorough understanding cellular mechanism(s) responsible mechanotransduction essential effective exercise pharmaceutical strategies aimed at increasing, and/or preventing loss of, these tissues. Thus, this review we will attempt to summarize current evidence major molecular mechanisms involved bone.
