摘要: The development and maintenance of skeletal muscle bone mass is critical for movement, health issues associated with the quality life. Skeletal are regulated by a variety factors that include changes in mechanical loading. Moreover, is, large part, muscle-derived forces thus mass/strength. A thorough understanding cellular mechanism(s) responsible mechanotransduction essential effective exercise pharmaceutical strategies aimed at increasing, and/or preventing loss of, these tissues. Thus, this review we will attempt to summarize current evidence major molecular mechanisms involved bone. By examining differences similarities between two tissues, it hoped stimulate new insights ideas future research promote collaboration biologists.(1).
