摘要: The effects of single-dose (10 mg) and short-term mg tid) nifedipine treatment on apparent hepatic blood flow, as assessed by indocyanine green (ICG) clearance, were studied in ten healthy male subjects. ICG was measured both spectrophotometric high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) assay methods. Blood clearance flow increased 30 50%, respectively, after nifedipine, whereas 4 days' these values 12 30%. significantly overestimated plasma concentrations from 7 minutes onwards. Although the HPLC showed marked differences calculated half-lives volume distribution ICG, similar for two
