摘要: Blood vessels are similar to skin invested with substance P-containing nerves and the binding sites for P, which has been shown be involved in nociception from skin. No attempts have made so far see whether P is also vascular nociception. We therefore tested its algesic properties human veins because their innervation exclusively subserves Substance never evoked pain at concentrations of 10(-8)-10(-4) M but did a concentration-related fashion Therefore, not generation acute pain.
