摘要: The presence and distribution of neuromessenger molecules receptor mRNA in human trigeminal ganglion was studied with immunocytochemical, situ hybridisation RT-PCR techniques. Immunofluorescence staining revealed that calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) immunoreactive (-ir) neurons occurred high numbers, constituting 36-40% all nerve cell bodies the ganglion. Accordingly, demonstrated CGRP a large portion neurons. A small number showed substance P (SP)-ir, (18%), nitric oxide synthase (NOS)-ir (15%), pituitary adenylate cyclase activating (PACAP)-ir (20%). Double immunostaining only few CGRP-ir also were NOS-ir (less than 5%). C-terminal flanking neuropeptide Y, C-PON, not visible any studied. Agarose gel electrophoresis products from ganglia corresponding to CGRP1, NPY Y1 Y2, VIP1 receptors. These results suggest both sympathetic parasympathetic influence on activity
