摘要: InCalotes versicolor, splenic primordium appears at stage 30 as a protuberance of mesenchymal cells from the dorsal mesentery. Lymphopoiesis is initiated 40, followed by an increase in lymphoid population rudiment during successive stages development. In adult, pulp poorly demarcated into white and red pulp. The former form closely arranged follicles latter highly restricted to narrow strands blood spaces. A comparative study on organization spleen few other species reptiles was also carried out.
