摘要: Background In the present study, we aimed to determine frequency of a significant reduction in urinary albumin excretion and factors affecting such patients with type 1 diabetes microalbuminuria. Methods The study included 386 persistent microalbuminuria, indicated by repeated measurements (estimated on basis albumin-to-creatinine ratios) range 30 299 μg per minute during an initial two-year evaluation period. Subsequent next six years were grouped into periods, averaged, analyzed for regression which was defined as 50 percent from one period next.
