摘要: Summary Background and objective: A need exists for a safe effective oral preanaesthetic medication use in children undergoing elective surgery. The study sought to define the dose of ketamine that would facilitate induction anaesthesia without causing significant side-effects. Methods: We studied 80 surgery under general who received 4, 6 or 8 mg kg −1 prospective, randomized, double-blind placebo controlled study. compared reaction separation from parents, transport operating room, response intravenous cannula insertion application an anaesthetic facemask, recovery anaesthesia.
