摘要: Patients with impaired ability to understand and communicate can be difficult manage perioperatively. They frequently require lateral thinking on the part of anesthesiologists make induction process as smooth possible. We present a case severely autistic violent patient scheduled for dental rehabilitation under general anesthesia. A combination oral ketamine midazolam was mixed in beverage Dr Pepper mask taste appearance drugs. The unique flavor is well suited increase palatibility acceptability medications children patients developmental delay.
