摘要: A hazard of ongoing Network Function Virtualization (NFV) realizations is the lack a common understanding in support development, deployment and operation tasks related to Virtual Networks (VNFs), NFV components interfaces. In current state affairs, stakeholders commonly create their own terminology define describe components, following going specifications led by European Telecommunications Standard Institute but also adopting telecommunication- software-centric definitions. As consequence, portability interoperability goals get compromised since technology providers have hard times using definitions descriptions across different domains. Furthermore, VNF data models operational systems configuration software need be re-defined, re-coded, re-compiled make them work over platforms. this work, we present design implementation our proposed Ontology (NOn) enabling Semantic nFV Services (SnS) reduce manual intervention during integration process heterogeneous domains effectively overcome costly re-work hazards approaches. We proof concept Generic Client leveraging SnS/NOn consume dynamic workflows an open source testbed based on OpenStack OpenBaton.
