摘要: This paper presents the Weather Forecast User-oriented System Including Object Nowcasting (WxFUSION), an integrated weather forecast system for air traffic. The is currently under development within a new project named “Weather and Flying” leadership of Institute Atmospheric Physics (IPA) at German Aerospace Center (DLR). WxFUSION aims combining data from various sources, as there are observations, remote sensing, nowcasting numerical model data, in order to extract specific information on target objects like thunderstorms, icing, or areas with heavy snow fall. pre-defined including user requirements. gives short overview concept on-going work.
