摘要: The results of several recent studies indicate that there are regional differences in the metabolism subcutaneous fatty depots obesity. Fat cells larger femoral than abdominal region. Lipids mobilized at a slower rate but synthesized higher former latter Fasting is accompanied by an increased fat mobilization and decreased synthesis all depots. These changes are, however, more pronounced fat. There also hormonal regulation action insulin most region whereas catecholamines marked area. hormone further enhanced during therapeutic fasting. may partly explain why adiposity catching some regions others obese areas resistant to slimming.
