摘要: Natural isolates of Plasmodium falciparum represent a genetically heterogeneous population parasites. To obtain stable strains the parasites for long term experiments, rapid and definitive method cloning was developed using micropipets micromanipulator. Homogeneous parasite clones prepared by this technique were characterized compared with parent during 4 years continuous culture. The process phenotypic dominance selection drug resistance which occur in nature also simulated vitro evaluating dynamics two cocultured P. falciparum.
