摘要: To fully comprehend changes in the process of educational attainment a society, we must acknowledge social structure. This paper examines Dutch over 25-year period. We compare levels two generations students, those born around 1940 and 1965. The analysis is conducted stages. In first stage, use variant multiple correspondence to determine whether systems labor, welfare, education have affected attainment. second measure using simple version Wisconsin model. Results show that society certain groups. For example, modernization agriculture has had positive effect on farmer's children, extension welfare system negative children from families. results there been considerable change process. achievement score selection into secondary school increased, effects sex residence decreased. However, this increase meritocratic offset by an class score.
