摘要: Low temperature combined with low light (LL) is an adverse factor seriously affecting pepper productivity and quality. However, little known about the molecular mechanisms related to LL stress responses. Therefore, transcriptome physiological changes in Hangjiao No. 2 (H2) Xiangtela (X2) were studied under normal conditions LL. We found 8,392 8,028 differentially expressed genes H2 X2, respectively, significantly associated photosynthesis, photosynthesis antenna proteins, carotenoids, enriched 27 40 gene ontology terms 14 16 Kyoto Encyclopedia of Gene Genomes pathways. The accuracy reliability RNA-Seq results confirmed by qRT-PCR. Furthermore, carotenoid-related ZDS, CA1, CA2, NCED, LOC107840293, LOC107850059 functioned response Additionally, decreased capacity, photosynthetic pigment contents, as well maximum quantum efficiency, changed compounds, revealing carotenoids involved response. Our findings provide insight into stress-induced transcriptional expression patterns.
