摘要: Experimental studies have been made of the ratios atomic capture probabilities for μ- mesons in BiF3, UF4 and a Cu-Al alloy, an attempt to test Fermi-Teller « Z-Law ». The measured were: Bi/F3 = 1.58±0.15, U/F4= 1.52±0.15 Cu/Al2 2.08±0.25 by one method and, another method, Cu/Al2= 1.75±0.18. » would predict 3.07, 2.56 1.11 CuAl2 respectively. Some μ--meson total disappearance rates were also measured. Results obtained ( x 106 s-1): Cu, Λt= 5.92± 0.2; Al, 1.105± 0.015; F, .69±0.01.
