摘要: We employ electrostatic force microscope (EFM) techniques to explore local electrical properties of suspended graphene on Cu foil, SiO2/Si and PET substrate. By using modulation amplitude in a tapping mode atomic tip, we can obtain distinguished mapping various substrates. In particular, at nano-valley domains surface, relatively weaker attractive interaction is observed than nano-peak domains. SiO2/Si, find that distribution still follows the substrate surface morphology. Furthermore, employing EFM system be suggested as facile tool investigate performance graphene.
