Experimental observation of a suspended single layer graphene film on Cu foil grown via chemical vapor deposition method

摘要: The authors present the blue-shift of Raman 2D and G peak a single layer graphene film, which is fabricated via chemical vapor deposition, on relatively even Cu foil domain with nearly uniform thickness. This can be interpreted that rather mechanically compressive strain exerted between compared to uneven. We observe relaxing minimize perturbation from surface film by virtue uneven has critical role in forming suspended graphene. Furthermore, mechanical influence derived underlying substrate morphology suggested as one crucial elements evaluating high quality considering shape.
