摘要: We report the clinical and EEG findings in three patients presenting with seizures associated intrathecal baclofen application for treatment of spasticity. All had a history traumatic brain injury, while one patient also suffered spinal cord injury. Two experienced their first seizure following test bolus injection. Another convulsions on two occasions: postoperative dose adjustment, after sleep deprivation. Structural disease seems prerequisite to exert epileptogenic activity, since have not occurred receiving spasticity solely origin. Antiepileptic medication permitted continuation patients.
