摘要: A case of hypoglycemic hemiparesis in a fifteen-year-old girl with insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) is described. The initial presentation included left facial paresis and muscular weakness the upper lower extremities, associated blood glucose level 31 mg/dL. patient recovered completely after infusion. Her neurological examination became normal within 24 hours remained so for follow-up period 6 months. Hypoglycemic rarely described children adolescents.
