摘要: Abstract With a view to gaining evidence on the mechanism by which d -trehalose is able stabilise biomolecules towards dehydration (anhydrobiosis) and heat, l has been prepared in order allow comparative studies be made. Little change can induced ratio of α,α-, α,β-, β,β-1,1′-stereoisomers disaccharide formed from 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-benzyl- -glucose using different reaction procedures varying conditions. Benzyl 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-benzyl α- β- -glucopyranoside are by-products trimethylsilyl trifluoromethanesulphonate mediated formation 1,1′-linked disaccharides.
