摘要: Activation of murine T cells by Ag or mitogens results in changes the expression several cell-surface adhesion molecules that alter way which these migrate and localize tissues vivo. As naive CD8 precursor lymph nodes (LN) differentiate into effector CTL response to a skin allograft, they up-regulate their Pgp-1 (CD44), VLA-4, LFA-1 (CD11a/18), while down-regulating L-selectin (CD62L). All cytolytic activity is therefore present this minor population L-selectin- Pgp-1high LN cells. We now report that, late after rejection histocompatibility Ag-disparate grafts, majority memory express both thus would be expected via classical route recirculation through LN. Furthermore, restimulation causes them down-regulate L-selectin, so memory-effector have same phenotype as do primary These are contrast recent reports ovine CD4 not recirculate high endothelial venules. In addition, although virgin may divided based upon CD45RA CD45RB, cannot differentiated CD45 isoforms.
