摘要: Significant nutritional issues facing people with cancer undergoing treatment include weight loss, treatment-related side effects and the presence of impact symptoms. Appropriate care is an essential component a comprehensive service all members multidisciplinary team should play proactive role in addressing needs patients. Key aspects identification malnutrition by screening assessment, setting appropriate goals, intervention (determining prescription implementation plan), evaluation monitoring. The success improving patient outcomes dependent upon intensity provided positive clinical outcomes, such as improvements dietary intake, maintenance status improvement quality life have been demonstrated recent randomised controlled studies.
